Its been a crazy busy week of running and wrapping!! The temps in Western Ky have been scorching!
My husband, Ursula and I ran the annual Hopkins County UK Alumni 5k. 92 degrees with 51% humidity .. We weren't breaking any records but we finished without having a heat stroke!:)
